1. Purchase of Products, Services and Vouchers

The purchase of any product, service, experience, workshop or voucher through our official channels implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Where applicable, the purchase may result in the issue of a voucher, the validity of which will be specified at the time of purchase.

2. Booking and Use

The services, experiences and activities offered by the organisation may be subject to prior booking and availability.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make an appointment and keep up to date with the information provided via the organisation’s official channels.

The organisation reserves the right to change dates, times or terms and conditions whenever operational circumstances so require, whilst ensuring that a suitable alternative is provided to the customer wherever possible.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

Where a service or activity requires advance booking, the customer must notify us of any request to change or reschedule the appointment at least the minimum notice period specified for each case.

Requests will be assessed based on current availability and the specific terms and conditions of the service purchased.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Under Portuguese law governing distance selling, the customer may exercise their right to cancel the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of purchase, provided that the product, service or voucher has not been used, activated, consumed, booked or personalised.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the organisation of their intention in writing via the organisation’s official contact details within the statutory time limit.

After the statutory cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued for non-use, the customer’s unavailability or failure to book an appointment, unless otherwise provided for by law.

Should the organisation need to change or reschedule a service or activity, a suitable alternative will be offered, without prejudice to the customer’s rights.

5. Workshops and Vouchers

Vouchers purchased for workshops, experiences or specific activities remain valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or, if no such period is specified, for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase.

The workshops are held on dates set by the organisers and announced via official channels. It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to keep an eye out for announcements regarding available dates and to make a booking, subject to availability.

If a session does not reach the minimum number of participants or needs to be rescheduled for operational reasons, the voucher will remain valid for the remainder of its validity period.

Once the validity period has expired, the voucher is considered to have expired and cannot be used, extended or refunded.

6. Final Provisions

The organisation reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary; the version in force at the time of purchase of the product or service shall apply.
