1. Purchase of the workshop

Purchasing a workshop entails the purchase of a participation voucher, which is valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase.

2. Booking

The workshops are held on dates set in advance by the organisation and announced via its official channels.

It is the participant’s responsibility to keep an eye out for announcements regarding available dates and to book a place, subject to availability.

If a particular group does not reach the minimum number of participants, the organisers reserve the right to reschedule the session, with the voucher remaining valid.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If a participant is unable to attend on the scheduled date, they must notify the organisers at least 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance.

In such cases, you may request to reschedule for a new available date, provided it falls within the voucher’s validity period.

Failure to attend without giving prior notice within the specified time may result in the loss of your booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Under Portuguese law governing distance selling, participants may exercise their right to cancel the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of purchase, provided that the workshop has not been attended or booked.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention in writing via the organisation’s official contact details, within the statutory time limit.

After the 14-day period, the purchase becomes a participation voucher valid for 24 (twenty-four) months; no refunds will be issued in the event of non-use, the participant’s unavailability or failure to book an appointment.

Should the organisation need to change or reschedule a session, the voucher will remain valid for its entire validity period, without any detriment to the participant.

5. Validity of the voucher

Vouchers can be used by the purchaser or given to others.

The validity period is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase.

Once this period has elapsed, the voucher is considered to have expired and cannot be used, extended or refunded.
